Commonwealth Bank opening  Is looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following position for its expanding banking operation
BUSINESS ANALYST (BA)

Position Requirements

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable university
* Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Banking Operations
* Having good knowledge of Banking Products, Processes and System
* Excellent analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
* Good communication and people management as well as interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate high service attitude
* Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
* Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
* Outstanding PC skill on Microsoft Office and proficiency in written and spoken English

Position Responsibilities

* High quality analysis including business process and system analysis.
* Liaising with all internal departments to gain feedback and provide solutions to any issues identified during their daily transaction.
* Regularly review existing process flow to ensure the most effective and efficient process has been put in place.
* Involve in reviewing and designing the new process flow of any new product or service
* Business project involvement as the representative from the Operation at any projects arise
* Promote risk and control awareness and compliance requirement through out the Bank Operation Division.
* Minimize financial loss to the bank by implementing effective internal policy & procedures.
