Transformational Development Officer (Code : TDO)
Dept : Operation/TD

Major Roles :
To assist the TD Director in order to maximize TD operations, particularly in the area of 1.) Coordination with other ministries and departments; and field staff (ROM / ADP M) and 2.) Information management and analysis.

Qualifications :
- S1, Master Degree will be an advantage
- Min. 3 year experiences in Transformational Development work
- Well rounded TD/DME and management skills (e.g. facilitation, business plan, coaching, monitoring/evaluation program
- Possessing good skill in research, analysis & database management
- Fluent in English (Min. TOEFL score 450)
